This coin could use more liquidity in the markets. Too small to invest heavily in it.

I don't think that people invest many money in it, it's hard to earn some with mooncoin

Why are you quoting the same posts....  are you asking something, saying something? lol

For those tx issue's  contact the exchange, and ask them about your coins.

Is it joke?  You don't understand? Just people don't want to think!
Firstly, the problem appeared with the transfer of money after a Mooncoin dev, Vassilis did something and a problem appeared with a low commission. Before Vassilis did something - there was NO problem. So this is Vassilis's mistake. This is logical! When you're driving a car and your airbag does not work, it's not the problem of the seller from whom you bought the car, it's a developer's problem! So Vassilis must solve this problem!
People lost thousands and thousands dollars because of him! Millions of coins have disappeared somewhere - and all because of him! Vassilis, where is the decision? Where is your responsibility ?? Where are the guarantees that you will not do something again and this will not happen? How can I trust a developer who completely does not solve problems of users. I PUT MY MONEY IN YOUR COIN! And you deceived me! I'm waiting for a solution and an adequate answer.

PS: First! And don't blame for everything coinexchange! Pending transactions will be processed once the wallet is re-enabled! They re-enabled Wallet but nothing happened!
Second! May be Vassilis is a good guy but I think the developer now has more interesting questions that need to be solved - this is what to do with billions of coins. And our problem remains only our problem.
Third! Here is many messages requesting help with the same problem.  No help from the community. What could be the future of the coin in this case?

correct i dont get it wen people wants to earn more , just buy and hold as simple as it is !!

after that the value will rise up ! do not sell at such low prices buy buy is the key to value !!

so please people just buy and the hold them , play with other coins and watch mooncoin grow !!!!

The key to value is burning the stolen coins, so people can have faith in mooncoin.

Thats ridiculous.

Burning the coins would mean a LACK of faith.

If the crooks dont have control of the coins... its Excellent.

Considering Vas said that his lawyer has them... then the "crooks" DO have control of the coins.

Mooncoin has several websites because it's decentralised and backed by people.
You can start your own Mooncoin website. .com is NOT 'old'/'outdated', website, it's a website which exists since 2014-2015, was updated several days ago.
Other websites appeared in 2017-2018.
There were also mooncoin.info and mooncoin.rocks and maybe some other websites, don't remember, they were abandoned by their admins.
There is no boss in Mooncoin.
If you say, there is no development, ask yourself what you personally do for Mooncoin?
Start your social page, your own project with Mooncoins.
Don't wait for anyone else. The wallet is working, well tested, block explorers work, exchanges work.
The future of project depends on you.
If you don't want to develop a project by yourself, and want just to invest, ok, but then please have patience.
Mooncoin was not an ICO/crowdsale, everyone has equal opportunities,
From the very beginning coins only could be mined or bought.
Remember that old members have left almost all their MOON at Cryptsy, and despite of that they agreed to burn their own coins.
Do something for MOON, or if you want that someone else works and pays for everything, then please some patience.

You post your addresses to receive these coins which belong to other people, but you can really help by finding a lawyer who can tell Vassilis that burning of these coins in this situation is legal.
He wanted to burn coins, he needs this confirmation.

ok.  So I spent over 1/2 hour writing a reply to this.  Then I went and did some research and found a Notice from the court to the plaintiffs in the suit against Cryptsy and Vernon and had to start all over again.

Lawsuits can AND are often settled out of court.

With that being said... The claims against Cryptsy and Vernon are NOT presently set for trial.

In the court NOTICE... Mooncoin holders had until May 17, 2017 to submit a CLAIM.
They had a few options in which to collect.

If you did not SUBMIT a CLAIM by May 17,2017 then you FORFEITED your RIGHT to CLAIM any part of the settlement.
All settlements are "partial" settlements, which means you would only receive pennies on the dollar.

Under section 7. What happens if the Plaintiffs later SETTLEMENT with the Non-Settling Defendants?
It explains what happens if Vernon.

The returned coins are considered a "SETTLEMENT", and therefore, the RIGHTFUL HOLDERS get to decide what happens with the coins in the wallet.

Even with the coins being burned... Anyone that made a claim is still part of the class action suit pending against Coinbase, in which they may receive a partial settlement.

Since the majority of rightful holders agreed to have the coins burned, then they should be burned.

I am not a lawyer.  The NOTICE is written so that a LAYMAN can read it.

Soooo... If Vassilis really does have a lawyer, the lawyer is well aware that Vassilis can burn the coins after giving fair Notice.

I would ask for 3 honest/trustworthy people to come forward to ACT as TRUSTEES
The TRUSTEES would be responsible for verifying whether a claimant is ENTITLED to any of the Moon coins.
The TRUSTEES would be paid from the wallet, for their time and/or expenses.

I would set the deadline to have everything completed and coins burned by March 1st.

Put a NOTICE in the various Moon forums for 10 days, giving Moon coin holders that want them back and can provide EVIDENCE that they are ENTITLED to Moon coins from the wallet to come forward and CLAIM their coins.  (If you have filed a claim with the receivership, you would have to revoke that claim in order to claim from the Trustees.)

Personally.... I would set aside some of the coins to donate to a shelter or food bank.
The community as a whole could decide on the amount.

Feel good x2... The 62 billion fiasco comes to an end and at the same time helping out people in need.
I'm pretty sure that the holders that agreed to have their coins burned wouldn't mind if a small portion were donated to a good cause.

Well reading this it sounds like the coins could be sent to the law office mentioned below. And they can sort it out. Personally I would like them burnt for the quick fair solution. But there is a chance that the courts have access to some Cryptsy records and could return them to the rightful owners. Or maybe auction them in small lots which would be fair too I suppose. Either way the legal contact below should be able to provide guidance.

The problem with handing them over to the receiver is that most of the rightful holders are unknown because Vernon destroyed most of the records.
So any way you look at it... The rightful moon coin holders will not get their coins back, nor will they recover anywhere near what they paid for them.
Since there is no way to accurately identify the majority of rightful holders, I would follow through with the wishes that were already voiced by holders that lost those coins...  Burn them!

If the receiver gets the coins, they will be auctioned off for a fraction of their value and after lawyer fees/court costs/ other fees/monies the remainder gets thrown in a settlement fund for EVERYONE that made a claim against Cryptsy and/or Vernon.

Of course the receiver will urge you to hand over the coins.  It's more money for them and the court.
They will auction off the coins and they WILL end up on the exchanges

thats main Question (second Warn people for COINEXCHANGE.IO THEY EAT YOUR MONEY GLADLY BUT DO NOT RESPOND ON INFO TICKETS)

If they do they tell you its unfortunate!

these kind of people who give anwsers like that to their customers with 1000 of euro's depleted in waitingtime! (6 weeks) only losing value)

in our real world if youre wrongfully threated people they would lynch your ass with no doubt!

Actually the problem in the code was introduced in the previous developers code. If V is guilty of anything it is not checking the locked map from version 10 that changed in 13. He started on 13 and correct the problems there cause there were problems. But the code James changed from 10 to 13 caused this. V has been nothing but good and transparent.
