Alive and kicking.  At the time of writting this post, the coinmarketcap is showing 1.44 BTC daily volume (sure, far away from peeks of 800+ BTC in the past, but its getting there).  |

The End of the first Cycle has come the new Cycle Begins!
After that CE is Active again things look ordely and the movements in the coin itself has proven to be a good coin!
Still we have a lot of work but time will tell!

To spread the word on Mooncoin to a wider audience have you considered the Aircoins app. This allows people to collect 'airdropped' crypto coins on their phones etc. Digibyte and Apollo coin drop tokens on the app, why not Mooncoin? See their twitter. https://twitter.com/AIRCOINS_AppGravey. |

Hello everybody, mebagger here from the mooncoin core dev team. I know it's been a while since I've posted here, I'm working on forcing myself to make more time to check in with the community here at least once a week. And I'll really try to stick to that schedule in the future. But there are only so many hours in the day and we still have much work to do. Michi and I are working away in all the free time we have to get everything ready. Taranis67 will be posting updates on the progress when appropriate of course here and on the telegram channel. So keep an eye out for that. But in a nutshell, our process is to build, test, and document first and then announce. So I'm not here to announce anything other than the work continues. And I hope the marketing team has something to announce in the near future. But I wanted to remind everybody that we are here and we are working. Price is very cheap it will be fun to invest some dust into this coin even trade volume is also very low but not bad to take risk on this kind of coin. While this already have moon but it is good to see when it will reach to real moon.

I mined it back in the early days, and just have it sitting and waiting. Hope it picks up. |

The important thing is that Mooncoin was built in 2013 with future in mind, with enough coins in circulation, but not with a big inflation, unlike many short term oriented coins, and other tech specifications made MOON potentially great for adoption of currency.
The number of funded addresses now is about 46,000, not too many, of course.
This number didn't make all time high during last months which looks like stagnation.
It's needed to make Mooncoin interesting for use, not just for buying-selling. The project never stops, but it has to be continued in more interesting way, with more interesting opportunities.
It's not correct to think about digital currencies in terms of companies and business. Many big investors now don't understand the difference and they don't understand why BTC with 'no intrinsic value' is rising. Of course, digital currencies are something new, and it will take time to understand them, how to deal with them and how to support them in the best way.
The most valuable thing about true crypto is that you control your funds directly and there is no real inflation (there are market risks of course while the market is still emerging). It's more about freedom and progress than about business and marketing.

Several months ago a detailed description of SL algo was delivered to a new Mooncoin dev (mebagger2), he controls an official Mooncoin Github after receiving credentials from Vassilis, since that we have been waiting for news from him: Hello everybody, mebagger here from the mooncoin core dev team. it's all just a team that can do with the market and I think the team should look for other solutions such as adding some markets to Mercatox or something else because I see that people are still enthusiastic about this project |

Our devs seem focused on some projects that keep secrets and other priorities. They prefer not to give info to avoid misunderstanding. In my opinion it is right to talk with the community about the ideas and projects to be carried out. In this way instead investors remain at the window. Perhaps it is right to reinforce the core team with other devs? This was one of my first heavy investments and it never really took off like I hoped it would, Sure there were some pump and dumps but never any real adoption. Maybe things will change in the future but it really looks bleak to me. |

This was one of my first heavy investments and it never really took off like I hoped it would, Sure there were some pump and dumps but never any real adoption. Maybe things will change in the future but it really looks bleak to me. How did you not make money of this beast? Most early investors payed off there mortgage whit the profits. Even later investors 2015 and later on made big money on MOON. The second part you are right, Its not good indeed. We can make it do its magic again. |

Mooncoin raised his rating on coinmarket well. I think that with the start of the new season of altcoins, this coin will fly up well. Especially, if at the same time there is a long-awaited burning of almost a third of the coins and adding to a larger number of trading exchanges. It will be very strong and the moon will be very close!
