Dear Customers,
As you already know, yesterday our DNS provider GoDaddy stopped responding for bitstamp.net domain requests and they started to timeout. The provider's support was unfortunately unable to fix the issue immediately, hence we started to switch to a secondary DNS provider, which worked for majority of users.
If you are among those in the regions that are still experiencing issues, we kindly suggest you change your DNS server to google by using the following link:
https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/ as a temporary solution, since the switch might take up to 48 hours to come into effect everywhere.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and assure you we are doing our best to find alternative solutions to be back online in the shortest time possible.

Apologies to those having connectivity issues. Our DNS provider was experiencing some troubles. We already switched to a different provider. It will take some time for the fix to take effect.
