A little bird with a worm in his mouth told me WORM maybe listed on Yobit soon  Wink

I already seen the link & you are having a sook about losing money to me, karma is a bitch isn't it Cheesy

Just sign the message and take that picture of a shoe on your head Wink

Thought you didn't have any money left and were struggling to make ends meet, how can your "little birdy" pay for a Yobit listing then... oh I see now you Lie once again.

Unrelated: Looking forward to seeing those superbugs spotsy Smiley

You can see the ones I have right now here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLNH92q0YWg

Those are the ones I have up for sale right now, but it's only a test listing, really. Inventory is low since most of these are being turned into beetles as we speak

I 100% understand the concerns and will answer your questions. iGotSpots was a character I played for a long time that I no longer have the time or energy to keep up; this is the first time I am doing things as myself

Well, so what is the difference between iGotSpots character and yourself? Wink
Is he for you what Mr Hyde was for Dr Jekyll? Or something else?

I personally had no problems with Spots, I remember him being responsive and helpful in our few interactions; I listened a lot of both negative and positive things about him, but cannot confirm any..

The only problem I had with his coins (at least the few I have actually followed) - all of them, while being very interesting experiments, demanded a lot of effort and attention. If one fails to check things for a week, he may find himself losing his whole investment... I remember what happened with Snowballs back then... Too much dynamics, I guess this is common for all high-PoS coins, but Spots ones were special in that aspect Smiley

I see here too some experiments with numbers. This promises to be quite entertaining, though I am not sure I really want to be involved, as following this coin would need a lot of attention for sure...

There will not be any forks in WORM. The stake rate drop is already written for Block 20172017

OP says
Quote
Hybrid PoW/PoS
Ticker: WORM
SHA Mining (PoW)
217 Second Blocks
17 Minute Maturity

but looking on the block explorer, I have an impression block target is 1 minute in reality... The current block height also tells there was a block almost every minute (~26000 blocks / 26 days = 1000 blocks per day, which is roughly 1 block per each 1-1.5 minutes).

So what is the real block target?

Or... is it 217 sec for PoW blocks + the same for PoS blocks, so 217 / 2 = 108 sec in average? Is the block target common for PoS and PoW, or they are adjusted indepentently?

Just to clear it up and make sure I understand: so network aims to 108.5 sec between all blocks in average? And the current factual average of about 85-90 sec is caused by the effect of low diff at the beginning?

Well it aims for 217, but in two ways, so we're both right if you think it will average out. I don't know, I assume they will slow down more later and end up even longer than expected. Staking difficulty is pretty low still

Ok, thanks. This is why I was asking this:

What about this:
Quote
2017% Stake Rate until Block 20172017
Regular Rate after that will be 17% Yearly

With 60 sec blocks this will last about 38 years, with 217 sec blocks - 138 years!
In any case it looks like the high-PoS at 2017% is almost forever, right? Especially you told there are no forks planned.

Its great you have such long plans for your business, but... Am I missing something? Smiley

Your math is right in ideal situation, but it will never be ideal. It all depends how many inputs people have staking that will really determine how long it takes

Well, ok. I am still not sure how this could work, but you are grossmaister of high-pos, so I assume you know what you do...

Thanks for your replies, and I wish you and your followers success with this project. Hope Pfeff will gain better reputation, than Spots did Wink

I would like to try a few zophobas on a fishing hook...  I bet fishermen would buy these as bait  Wink

I use them to feed the fish in the pond outside. These things are gone before they even hit the bottom lol

My dad used to tell me fishing stuff does not even have to catch fish.. The fishermen have the money, all they have to catch is fishermen LOL
It's a multi billion dollar biz. Have you ever approached it from that angler (Pun Intended)

It is 100% in my top target markets  Wink

Sir Pfeff I think this business of yours has a good niche, do you already have a plan and timeline on how to compete with other websites selling superworms also. I mean any plans doing whitehat to increase rank and audiences outside the forum. As I see you’ve managed to create a youtube channel and all-in-one working website and that’s definitely a good start. Sooner for sure you will be accepting HWC as a payment too and that’s how demand for this coin will start. As I see this crypto-coin as well as the integrated real life business will exist for a long term. Goodluck sir, aside from supporting here, I am really watching this project of yours on how it will evolve this year. Regards,MB

Still here, always online and watching..
