Stakenet is really an interesting project. Will definitely check it out.
I  like that you can stake xsn and receive Bitcoin as reward.

How about the USDT moving to lightening network? Has it move yet? Been long I read stuff about USDT. I guess Stakenet should consider adding few more stablecoins just incase something happens to one.

Can applications be built on top Stakenet?

Tether hasn't implemented Lightning yet, but they're planning to move to it.
XSN's masternode network supports code agnostic dApps.
