You should be an experienced PHP and and MySQL coder. The timeframe is two weeks.

need a developer to develop in php (open source only) a bitcoin market place for digital good, payment with etc only and an escrow system. for CLEARNET purposes nothing illegal.

should be an Escrow functionality. The site should get an adjustable percentage of the finished deals.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
