Where to trade [btc] with Meta Trader 4/5

I'm looking for an exchange where I can do margin BTC/USD or BTC/EUR trading with Meta Trader 4/5 and a deposit of 0.5-0.75 BTC.  Leverage 1:2 or 1:3 is fine -- no need for 1:500.

Is btc-e really the only one?  btc-e isn't an option for me -- (a) it has way to low volume for a good swing trading and (b) I don't trust them enough to deposit some coins at their site.  SimpleFX is fine -- but BTC CFD contracts are about 100 BTC each and lowest trade volume is 0.01 contracts -- which means at a leverage of 1:2, I still need to deposit at least 4 BTC minimum.

Bitfinex has great charts -- thanks to TradingView.  But I'm missing the opportunity to do sell/buy stops with an right click in the chart at the correct point and so on.

Any suggestions?
