He has 59 millions (staking I bet), only gave 60k to miners + 100-150k for YoBit votes. Do the math guys.
So strange to see these people stamp 2-3 new coins everyday, hoping one of them is going to make 3BTC market cap and that's when they flush it. Pathetic.
Just make ONE good coin with low premine, form community around it and enjoy your POS blocks. But yeah, you have to actually do something then.
