Ask me personally - Judging by the user feedback in their OWN website, I do not think that they do, if you are looking to earn interest best place is Coinlenders.

I opened rbitco.in and after opening I could not relogin as server is not reachable. My experience is that it is really BAD.

From what I have gathered, that is site is run by an Indian guy who is a really 'nice' old guy, but he is 'too' busy to provide support or account for the missing coins on user accounts, the few users who are smart enough to reach out to the community DID get their funds back eventually..
