Bit instant is no good....bit floor I'm not in love with since it doesn't send to a btc addy and blue sky traders require to large of a buy (300 minimum)

Any ideas.

Have you tried https://localbitcoins.com? It's an escrow service that acts as a "middle-man" for transactions.
