I sent bitcoins from my blockchain wallet to mt.gox account and I only recieved 1.66% of the original amount in bitcoins. This is such bullshit. I feel so stupid.

EDIT: I have waited for 6 confirmations and I still only have 0.0001 bitcoins from the original 0.08 bitcoins  Cry

That whole transaction was for 0.25 Bitcoins. 0.08 BTC went o Gox and the rest of them (0.1695 BTC) went back to you (with about three confirmations now).

You won't receive the bitcoin at Mt. Gox until it has reached 6 confirmations.  You are still at 3.

Edit: You can monitor it here: https://blockchain.info/tx/e1843be7145db5664dcf55e511c168606a656c64257cfc35ea0ac0af502af0a2

Mt. Gox never issues btc to an account until after 6 confirmations unless it was sent to you from another Mt. Gox account. In that case, it wouldn't show up on the blockchain I don't believe.

All I can say is that if you get this emotive about 0.08 BTC, perhaps you should not be buying Bitcoins at all. You might have a heart attack or something.

8/100 of a bitcoin doesn't sound like alot. Were there fees involved that you didn't know about?

That 0.08 (which is probably not lost) will be money well spent on learning how to read blockchain data. Consider it BTC school.
