Yes, I tried it before and its really helps me to stop smoking and I feel the big changes in my breathing. After a year i also stop in vaping.

Yes, I like it very much. And it is much cheaper than smoking. But it took me along time to find out the best taste. For me it is lemon with mint.

i have never tried vaping but i suppose it is not harmful even in the long run and much better than other stuffs like cigarettes and other flavoured hokka's

Absolutely a big NO. Never ever in my life i tried to smoke. Smoking is very dangerous so everyone must not try this because it only lead to smoking addiction and can cause severe illnesses not only to the user but also to the people around.
