my account also is frozen from yesterday without a reason, i don't have multiple accounts or anything else. i don't know why...

It can mean two things.

a) You used some kind of bots and you got caught for excessive claiming,

b) One of those sites is not listed properly on FH and allows you claim 24/7 without restrictions

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

I am unsure what I did to cause this.
Was not botting or cheating. Only thing I can think of is an autofaucet (misconfigured), or a faucet that generated an error (accused me of cheating) when I hit "back" button to clear hung page.

Please help?
I will take steps to prevent future occurrences.

Thank you very much for your help getting my account re-activated, however all my wallet balances are now $0.00!?!?
Stats page shows payouts as "reversed"!
