You got red trust because your game is not provably fair. However, you still promote your game as provably fair. If you want to get it removed, use honest practices, and after a month or so, you can contact whoever gave you red trust and ask if they will remove it.

No one would really help you and seeing on the negative trust you had I could say your finished and also to the game that you are strongly promoting.Its not provably fair and I think there are no players would really try to defend you since most of them are losers for sure on your website.Dont ask for help since you really deserve this thing.
