No, the games here are not pvp games, adding pvp based games is not a guarantee to increase the traffic. I would even say that pvp based games is harder to survive than vs house games. It is hard to get many players at the same time, hard to advertise and of course it is not profitable compared to vs house games (for the owner).

Afaik automatic withdraw wont take hours to be processed, it should be only take minutes or even seconds. For example Bitsler, their withdrawal is so fast because players get the txid just after they click the withdraw button. Other example is Fortunejack, they process withdrawals within few minutes only (less than 5minutes as per my own experience). So if it takes more than hour then I can say that the withdrawal is processed manually.

i have read posts here of people judging and criticizing Bitgame. But i love it. The games might not look great but its about how they play. I have been playing there for awhile now. And have had some great sessions. No, calculation of lossback and betback happens right after game finished or sports bet processed.
For example, you make sports bet with amount 1 BTC on odds 2.0 and your current VIP level - Silver League.
In case of winning you will receive 1 BTC * 2.0 = 2 BTC and 0.04% betback 1 BTC * 0.0004 = 0.0004 BTC
So, finally you earn 2.0004 BTC.
In case of loss you will receive lossback and betback - (1 BTC * 0.005) + (1 BTC * 0.0004) = 0.0054 BTC.

Basically it is OK to publish big win from their players but of course it will be better if the site ask for permission first from the player. Regarding posting tx id of the withdrawal, I have to agree that it should not be published as it is so private information but as what I say that it is OK as long as the player permit the site to publish it. Probably the reason to publish the tx id is to give a proof for readers that the site is really paying, understandable reason IMO but still the main important thing is about player's permission.

Are you newbie to a gambling society? Because every casino sure have this ehat you called rollover requirement. What you need to do is if you take a part on their bonus is you should wager at least 35x (normal casino) from your initial deposit to be able to withdraw the amount.
