At the moment we work on kill feature that related to increasing odds depending on the VIP level. For example, if you have VIP Level - Silver League, your odds multiplier will be 1.02.
What handball leagues are you interested for? Champions League?

there is no single site that allows you to withdraw the bonus without certain requirements , unless the site is offering limited time bonus like 0.001 btc for the first 20 players or something similar

for the making money part you should realize that there is no way to make money in a gambling unless you play games that have skills involved , so you can't make money playing the dice but you can through the sportsbetting

there are different type of bets not all involving the winner , you can bet for example on a team to reach at least the  semi finals

the odds provider that you are using have these type of bets so not sure if you can add them too
