It's not about the trust score or anything. Your movements were/are suspicious. You are the one who is not telling the truth and you know it very well that you control your database so any evidence bringing from database is worthless here.

Of course he has multiple accounts here, who doesn't? After going through his posting history (and the gaps), I'm pretty sure his account was bought/transferred at some point, nevertheless, this is not against the forum rules, nor is it relevant in this case. I have no previous experience with donuts1234 and I probably wouldn't do any business with him given his history and negative trust but this is something you should have taken care of before accepting his application.

I don't know how you count that blackmailing honestly , the guy joined your bonus and you simply accepted him then you changed the terms
the new terms make sense but since you credited that guy the bonus then changed the terms and cleared his balance it's really making you look bad

he didn't cheat you and you credited him the bonus , if you didn't change the rules nobody will even care about this case

Ouh it is now getting worst with the red flag. After reading some posts related to flag, I can say that it is Bitgame's fault but too bad Bitgame is unable to solve it in a better way. Admitting mistake is good but you should try to fix it. I wonder why you behave like this while it was simple to make it better for player and yourself? Hi, can I suggest that the background colour on your video poker game be changed to something more eye-friendly? although I enjoy the game I can't bear to look at the screen for too long because of the colour. I suggest changing the background colour to a darker colour or at least put an option to change the colour of the background to accommodate people that have light sensitivity or photophobia like my self.
