If your a small gambler but to withdraw that $5 they may need to pay around 10% of their money as a transaction fee. So I think it is not logical to pay such a high amount in terms of percentage of an amount you withdrawing as a transaction fee. If you pay very less fee than your transaction may take very long time to confirm.

I like the idea but just to add my 2 cents. I believe the design of the UI for the mobile version looks a bit cluttered, maybe try to space the buttons out a bit and use colors that contrast more.
