Reality: they are ABSOLUTELLY NOT instant at all! You'll never get a transaction hash right after you request a withdrawal (as it really works in serious casinos).

2) The second lie - isn't even a lie, but just a crude SCAM: they deleted my withdrawal request from transaction history, like it never happens. No money has arrived on my walled either. No emails. And no balance on account. Just forget about it.
The stupiest SCAM sheme I've ever heard of.

this is funny,actually-the guy spent so much time creating all these accounts and rolling faucet
and then he gets banned and comes to the forum to whine how his 260k withdrawal was denied
all the effort could have been applied to  making 10$ somewhere else and in a much shorter period of time

i have read posts here of people judging and criticizing Bitgame. But i love it. The games might not look great but its about how they play. I have been playing there for awhile now. And have had some great sessions. Their faucet is nice as well as the champions league( i found username posted as one of the highest point earners as well as 2nd in most achievements, was not expecting that).

 But while i agree there is a need to improve on some game play and ascetics. They have come along way in the year i have been playing there. With consistent addition of new games, sportsbook and bonuses. I look forward to see the direction they are headed in. Keep it up Bitgame!!

Nice winning from few hundred satoshi and great decision to stop then withdraw the winning. To be honest, I'm afraid this kind of news will bring faucet abusers come to your site to try the same thing as the lucky player above. Hopefully you have the best system to avoid faucet abuse, because it will be very bad for your bankroll if players are just using faucet all the time.

I play and deposit there frequently. and with no other decent promotions or ways to play between deposits i dont know if i will continue to play.

Not the best move. I understand you might be concerened with abuse but you did limit them to three a day. You should bring it back but award it to depositors at levels. And that some people may have made it to an amount to withdraw that is just a reward for the players that play and lose money. I know there were several times i either made enough or came close to making a withdrawal but sadly i kept playing. Only to deposit again. I like your site i think it is one of the better crypto casinos but with out any decent player rewards or ways of making players that deposit feel welcome i do not see how you will make it. Almost every other casino either crypto or not have several different ways and promotions that make their players feel like they are appreciated.

So playing a faucet at a few cents is the least you can do for your players. That is unless you have other promotions you can offer. Besides the 100% deposit bonus which i do not use.

Ok, but before making a deposit in another casino take to attention the following - currenly you are Silver League member with 373,144  League Points and 0.5% Lossback and 0.04% Betback. It is pointless to lose such advantages.

i probably will continue to play. but overall my point is to have more incentives or rewards. Something to make players feel more involved or appreciated. You might have had a problem with faucet abuse and i get that. But what about a player like me winning off a faucet? Is it a problem then or only ones who do not deposit? If so then make it a tiered faucet like other sites. Or maybe just reward your depositors with free chip bonuses from time to time. Possibly a weekly rebate of 10% of losses. Just something for the players.

it is among the largest fees in business 45.9k satoshi with the current low  blockchain congestion level is a bit steep
oh and the minimal withdrawal could be smaller too ,while I am  at it 
I like sportsbetting but your lines are very uncomfortable to bet on -only single results are allowed and the min bet is 15k satoshi
other than that- a cool site, a good alternative to try out

So how about FortuneJack? Do you search how much their fee at? I believe they have 0 withdrawal fee on any amount, so why do you compare it with other site? I think you are suppose to make your site better from the game and not trying to compare about the fee. I know if fee becomes major problems but if there is less people play on your site, no matter how much fee you have, this wont change anything
