Hi guys,

Finally got my support ticket answered today on Mt.Gox,
I transferred funds in Euro to their acount on 04-04 and I'm still waiitng on them to credit my Mt.gox account after 8 days total or 6 woring days when tehy say it should take 2-3.
Just wonderign is anyone else in the same boat or are they now just giving me the runaround saying  "The transaction is yet to reflect we will continue to check and keep you posted."

With recent frozen accounts of Bitcoin-24 in WBK Poland, I hope its not similar case and Polish gov is going after bitcoin exchanges by freezing their polish bank accounts...

We have received the transfer the transfer and due to the more stringent AML requirements we need to verify all transactions before crediting them. I will update you once the funds are processed to your account.

No ETA, no reasons..

I had to wait nearly 14 days until it was deposited. The support didn't ever answer my mails. However, that was during the Ddos...

I've been waiting to receive a sepa withdrawal for 11 days now, waiting for their support to reply.

Ditto, 10days wait and I just got this:
Quote from: mtgox support
"Thank you for waiting and sorry for delay. We were able to locate the transaction in question. It appears that our bank is still in the middle of processing the funds, and we will keep you updated once the transactions is processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

MtGox.com Team"

So the transfer hasn't even been sent yet, not a happy camper right now... Angry

I FINALLY GOT my deposit today after getting that same update 24 hours ago so hopefully you wont have to wait much longer.

In total 10 days it took from making the transfer to the funds appearing in my Mt.Gox balance :/

Thank you for your reply and we apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused. We have reached the daily limit for withdrawal that was imposed on us by our bank and all withdrawals are now being queued for processing and all will be processed according to the daily queue and we will keep you updated once processed and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks,

Puh. I got the same problem. Have 2 SEPA transfers since 2 weeks in queue. Perhaps they should make an counter on ther site showing the actutal queue position, although i know that this would be nearly impossible... We will see how long we have to wait...

If you like my advise, i would be thankful getting a small donation at:
