If they weren't then he would be saying they are aged accounts and I don't see that term being used in this listing.

They are brand new, cause I recently found out how to make them verified 100%.

As I said, customer pays me only when I get account verified and ready to deliver to him/her, not before. (as member above said I want payment first, that's not true)
