Need help with a new altcoin

Hello, I would like to create a new altcoin (LearnCoin) and am willing to pay to get it off the ground. This is for research purposes, so the budget is not large

Specs: Pure POS, 5% interest rate.
100% Pre-mined, 20M total coins.
I want some pre-mined blocks to distribute the total number of coins to 5 addresses.
Source code, windows and linux wallet, as well as linux daemon.
Some clear tutorial on how the parameters for configuration, how to have some seeds setup and the wallets to connect to the seeds.

Anyone interested? I know programming, but I do not have enough time to look on all details. I would like to be able to change the name of the coin, but keep the blockchain which is already pre-mined.

If you will get an offer, do only Escrow. No escrow means it is a scammer.

Also, If it is for researcher I would advise to find a cheap coin which is already establish and have some sort of community. With just one bitcoin you could become a whale and do what ever testing and research you want.

At this moment I am following MOIN http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/moin/ cryptocurrency which is high tech cryptocurrency based on shadowcash. It is very cheap, has great price which is stable with constant increase.

It is resource consuming to manage your own cryptocurrency. I would not recommend to anyone to make a new cryptocurrencies as there are tons of shitcoin in the markets right now.

It is better to focus on established and low value project with possible great future, than build your own from scratch and waste resources.

don't listen to people like above who just wanna sell you their bags, but also keep in mind that it is true that there may be a coin that already fits your needs for this, dont create another shitcoin if unnecessary :/ haha.

Have you developed your own blockchain?  I myself want to do the development but there is no team of programmers and people with experience in this field .

Have you developed your own blockchain?  I myself want to do the development but there is no team of programmers and people with experience in this field .

Maybe he needs that so that he can create a massive great output and he must hire those excellent guys since there are so many competition on crypto and he might lose the race if he get those guys who are not perfect fit on his team and get lousy works on coin marketing execution.

Try to find them up here maybr there are some blockchain specialist could help him out on his project.
