Its really weird that the price behaves like this. I saw my wallet and the price is just moving around $910+. I notice that it hasn't move up or down for around 3 days.

Nah bro, it ain't you t'all.  But you all remember we was loopin around $420-$430 for monfs this year.  Thet's jist how the market is, an' you could spend ya ho life tryin' ta figger out why, but it's all guesswork.  They ain't no one in particular holdin' up the price, but y'all ourt to be grateful thet the price is as high as it is.  Know what I'm sayin'?

It's pretty normal for the price to consolidate after a large move.  It represents indecision about what the trend will be.  It will break one way or the other soon enough.

There is nothing wrong with the price movement this days. It's normal that the price would slow down after a roller coaster price. Maybe the profit makers are done making money now, so we are back to having a steady straight price, and I think this will take long for the price to go boring again, until the chinese new year.

they have a number of bitcoin very much. however it is still a possibility, either true or not.

That is very hard to say. This is the stage of the bubble where you do not know if it continues and go past the high or will it all fall apart and crash. What makes the situation complicated is you have people who bought at the highs and might panic sell to stop losing more and we also have short sellers taking positions because they think the pump is over.

Nothing is wrong with the price...It's just settling on where it should be after the long rally and take a look at the 2016 chart, after a price rally, it will drop and we will have a long almost horizontal price movement in the following months, so this is one of those scenarios... Maybe whales are done for their Christmas and New year bonuses now... 

Maybe you just miss how the erratic price movement so when you see this one you feel like there is something wrong with the price and someone is freezing it...

this is bitcoin for you. price has been following this thing for as long as i can remember, it becomes stable then after a period of accumulation, it starts rising again. and in very rare situations like the last week price for some reason that is usually different each time rises or falls big time and then becomes stable again.

you can all these accumulation periods on a chart with zoom out.

yes looks like it does and i'm not really understand how to predict the market movement but in bitcoin i always believe that there is huge power could manipulate the price so i think they have other scenario to keep bitcoin price at those range

Just normal day fluctuate of bitcoin.
It's better to set stable price and slowly increases, than rise up $100 in 2 days but drop back again.
When the price increase so fast, people triggered to sell their bitcoin. Not a good thing for us if panic selling happens again and again.

Dump already happened, but the question at this point is whether or not it will tank deeper. I just hope we can maintain the $800 level in the coming days even though we went below it already. Panic sellers will either come to sense and stop behaving like an empty headed chicken, or they will continue the dumping part where it may even trigger a good load of stop loss orders. Solid holders don't really care about these kind of fluctuations as their vision is pointed at the real long term.

Now bitcoin is at range of $811 Dollars im planning to sell my bitcoin because it decrease into the low price again i waited for bitcoin to be on the high price but i didn't expect that bitcoin will be drop on this again like last last year im hoping that it will be rise again . HOlders and dumping bitcoin ugh sad for this.

Very unfortunate if you sell bitcoin when the price has dropped considerably, maybe I think you should sell bitcoin when prices do not fall too far or when already there are signs prices will fall. Maybe my advice would be better to wait for prices rise and if it rises you can sell it. But if the price falls might better keep hold it and buy some bitcoin to hold to wait for prices rise back and be on top, but this requires a longer time because waiting for bitcoin prices rise in my opinion takes time.

The fact remains that bitcoin has big fundamental problems with scalability and fungibility.
Adapt or perish, it seems like we are going for the last option.

The right way to think about it is to hope that more people panic and bring it below $800 or lower. That will be another good buying opportunity for us. Bitcoin is not done yet. It still has many markets to penetrate and make them efficient. A Trillion market capitalization is unavoidable.

Every user around here is expecting for a take-off, but the reality is not in our hands. $900 too is a good price with which users can make good investment as well can make further plans on multiplying it.

it is called resistance and as long as it is there price will stay up and then starts going up. and this resistance is from the buy orders that traders who sold on $940 recently is forming, they want to buy back again at $900 or lower to make profit by their short positions.
