Hi all,

I am looking for a coder to help create a clone of just-dice.com, which will be further enhanced with more features. This is a fully paid job in bitcoin or cash (or both).

An ideal candidate will have a full solid understanding of how Just-Dice and Satoshi Dice work and ideally has a passion / is enthusiastic about such a project.

If you think you have what it takes, let's talk! We want to add team members immediately!

PM your Skype info and a little bit about yourself / background so we can talk further.

Thanks!

Paid in cash... Huh  what type of payment options?  Most would not allow you to start a gambling site.

I'm flexible on how to do payment. We can work it out by milestones or what ever seems fair.

Not sure what you mean by "most would not allow you to start a gambling site"

the problem of asking for help here is the trust. How can you be sure that the programmer wouldnt run-off with your idea and become the next zuckerberg?

Not so much concerned about an hourly rate but more so a scope of project and the enthusiasm and understanding of it.

There may be a guy that charges $10 an hour and takes 40 hours to figure something out that takes a senior level experienced guy 10 minutes. Hourly wages don't scare me off I'm more interested in what someone can contribute. This will be based on mile stones rather than time investment. I'll pay $200 a minute if someone can accomplish a lot in a minute (not literal).

I agree, all of these are issues that'll need to be addressed. I plan on having a close personal working relationship with whom ever I hire.

Did you train monkeys to program? Because that is insanely cheap, there are many possible gambling options out there that isn't "dice" games that you could be capitalizing on if the can actually truly code, monkeys or not.

probably some of his 12 year old friends using their 1337 skills they learned in computer class.

Hahaha. Not really. We are from ex-USSR country and 14$/hour is a very good salary here. Compare it to the average salary, which is 3.5$/hour.

But it doesn't matter where they are from, they can work for more than that online.

That is why many developers move to Bulgaria because their income is the same everywhere but in Bulgaria they get the most out of the money.
