Hii all

I bought some mining-hardware worth around 5000$ two weeks ago and have a Hashrate of 6000 - 6200 kHash/s. Back than, it seemed to be a pretty nice investment (mining around 80 Coins/d) but now with the litecoins @ 1.2$ - 1.4$ and a difficulty of 300 its already not much more than a very noisy waste of electricity (the hardware is in my appartment).

Actually i don't know how to continue. I mean even if the difficulty doesn't rise that exponential any more I won't be able to mine more than 5000 Coins per Year (very optimistic). On the other hand I probably could buy now around 3500 Coits for 5000$, sell the hardware and maybe buy new in a year.

I'm obviously not the only one thinking that way: the network hashrate dropped from 10 gHash to 7 gHash in the past few hours.
