There is no need to sell your BTC now the price will certainly bounceback, no matter what. BTC has proven over time that it can overcome obstacles like this though this is the first time government pronouncement is having significant impact on the price

Ok that's the sign of anything.
That's just a wall. Nothing else. You got them all of the time, here the wall was at 750$ but in 1 day it will be at 850$ or 650$. You got them everytime you reach a price a bit symbolic, because it means lots of people will put offers here.
You seldom put an order at 647.28$. You put one at 650. Just because human mind is made this way.

What made you think price will drop to $300? why do you say WE? just to let us know you are a group? if you are here just to profit and not taking a small part for the future of this world then better prepare your self for the storm, as bitcoin has an uncertain future because whenever something good is made for people many others tried to spoil it and take as much advantage over people as they could.

I have a trust on bitcoin im sure it will recover its high price in no time, there are just  some profit takers.,or they are just bringing the price to go down and buy btc on their target price. Its simple yet effective idea how to earn bitcoin buy low sell high.

Is this just to increase your revenue.
Sell your coins now → Price goes down as the avaliable amount of coins for sale : demand for coins for sale increases.
You should really have sold your coins at ~$900-$950 and buy back now (then you'd probably get more profit).

It probably won't go below $500 before it rises a bit more again. You are right, this is proably just a "natural" pump and dump phase of Bitcoin again.

That's true, the price will rise and fall every time but its a good chance it will now drop in overal for a little while. Just like I said, it is my wish to that bitcoins become 10k but this is still the early stage. I feel sorry for the people who bought at the ATH last week. I agree bitcoin has endless value and wil overtake everything if it doesnt get interrupted, and i believe totally in it. Long trading is good, but it is also good to cash out your profit sometimes when the chances are big it wil go down. Respect for those who are in for the longtrade, it will payout for them definately. But isnt it better to have a chance to double your bitcoins and spread the coins from rich to the general public? Your right, maybe that chance wil not come. But I think it wil, i'm even sure about it.

I'm not sure it's going to fall much more. But you may be right and it will probably continue to go down (although I think it recently increased in the bast 24 hours hence why I'm a little sceptical).

If you look at this chart then you will see that the price has started to level-off. You probably won't have lost anything but FYI, the value per bitcoin is now ~$780 instead). But as the price goes up, it will also fall back down, meaning it should fall down again. And that price chart is based on coindsk who will add their commision onto the price anyway.

Hopefully you'll get a profit before it jumps back up again though!

The market depth for selling bitcoins might not look much, but liquidity will return if the price drops a bit more.
Selling and waiting for $300 is a very risky strategy. We all know how rapidly Bitcoin can take off.

I'm just confused as to how some people justify holding Bitcoin during a bear run that they know is going to take the value down and some.

Sell now, buy the dip, come out with more later. Why hold it if there is the opportunity to buy back a lot more later?

While I can understand the sentiments of some people, if you care about money, sell and buy later. If you don't, keep holding. I doubt it matters much for that mindset.

You are right, since I don't that care much about my money / bitcoins then I will just going to keep on holding.

But that is just about that I really don't care much for its value together I also believe that it can come back again to higher price.

Sell today and buy later is total a move of a good trader but there are some that are just thinking about their whole profit with bitcoin.

So they will sell today and won't buy again because they have regretted that they have sold it on lower price, only if the price will get high again.
