ripple Deposit/Withdraw

Hello

i have some Queries i created a gatehub wallet 

when transfer from bitstamp ripple wallet BTC or USD will too recive the same amount i send for example i see 1000$ will receive 1000$?

 
i have many currencies wallets in my wallet will it should send the ripple wallet (btc.usd) to my ripple address or to bitcoin address and USD bank ?
