I didn't use any exchange service or wallet before incident. But after that i withdraw rest of xmr to mymonero. some sayes lack of account security, on minergate. so i increased that now. |

Mymonero is having some problems right now.
Took a day for my transaction to show and now I can't withdraw - I've been trying for 2 days!!!

yeh i know they mentioned it top on their site. But i used mymonero after incident. so mymonero isn't a problem . |

He is saying that address is'nt his . . . in that case i would probably contact minergate support instead of using a forum i have used minergate in the past some time and never had a problem |
