Anyone else have btc deposit into cavirtex not show up?

I made my deposit of 10 btc at 2:30 today and it never showed up in my cavirtex and they are NOT answering their phone.

7 hours later and still nothing. I mean seriously this is the flaw of bitcoin. We have to go through middleman to get any access to our funds. They hold the power. Once again not me.

Check out the address you sent it to here: https://blockchain.info

How many confirmations does it have so far? It won't show up at virtex until there are 6 confirmations.

I had the same issue, but after a few hours I sent them an email with the transaction details and it just "fixed" itself almost right after...
