Need a miner to include my transaction into his block

Hello i have a double spend transaction that is unconfirmed since 3 days and i want a miner to include this transaction in his block if he can . I am talking about this: https://blockchain.info/ro/tx-index/206614632
If someone can help me i thank him very much.
I dont know if it is the right category to post . Sorry me if i am wrong.
