Hi All,

I am a new Armory user. Since weeks I try to install and run Armory.
BitCoin core ist installed and the DB (Blockchain) is downloaded. So everything should be fine.

BUT: Armory stocks in the process of "Building Databases". I thought that this should be done in several hours or days, but now after nearly 9 days I think this is unsual. I also did not find anything about that in this forum.
Anyone knows this issue? Any help or hints are welcome!

Many thanks and BR

Chris

I tried the following settings:  going to File > Settings and uncheck the box for "Let Armory run Bitcoin Core in the background". Then Stop Armory and start Bitcoin Core and Armory manually. That worked.

Why? Armory runs only this way!

Any suggestions to solve this? Or is this not a problem?

ups... just saw the new reply. Will post the error log files...

auto bitcoind has always been the biggest source of bugs in Armory's history. This isn't unheard of.

I ran into the same exact issue.  Haven't fixed it yet.
