I looked at the wiki list. The lowest electricity price seems to be in China.
Kuwait: 0.3 to 3
China: 0.04 to 0.45

China is 0.04 USD
Kuwait is 0.3 US cents

Kuwait still the best in the world but too hot.
I'd be also afraid of the political situation in Kuwait. One day you're driving to check on your miners, the next a bomb blows up in the street. There's a reason why muslim countries aren't the most popular places to visit these days.

As for the electricity cost, a steam generator would be the cheapest to use. All it needs is wood, that you can just cut yourself (or buy coal) and water, that you can get from a well. Check this out: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/1-30t-h-4BAR-TO-25BAR_60185161220.html

From what I can see it's pricy, US $5,000-$15,000 / Set . Why do you say it would be the cheapest to use? Also I can't understand how much electricity it generates per hour or per day if it's fully operating. The output of some steam turbines is in the range from 3 to 12 MW and that's pretty cool, and but I don't know about this one.

The minimum is 3MW, because that's the smallest turbine they have, but they can add a bigger one if you pay for it. It's the cheapest electricity, because you can feed the boiler wood, and many people have free wood, because they have trees growing on their land, or are living near the woods. Also, you can buy cheap wood and sawdust from carpenters. If that's not enough for you, coal and seasoned wood is quite cheap.
There are cons of this like constant management. You will have to feed the boiler every 3-4 hours, if you don't have it automated. You will also produce a lot of noise and smoke and need a big room to fit it in, but the energy will be much cheaper than solar, wind, or any other green source.

Yeah. Kuwait is both very hot and it can be difficult to get equipment. We also do not know the attitude of the Kuwait government on Bitcoin.
The column heading of the Wikipedia price list is defined as "US cents / kWh". "0.04 USD - 0.45 USD" means "4 - 45 cents".
By dividing the value of "0.3 to 3" by 100, we reach "0.003 USD - 0.03 USD". At that case the price of electricity in Kuwait is very low.

Did youcalculate cost per kw?

It is not logical for small entrepreneurs to generate alternative energy. AntMiner S9 has a minimum energy consumption of 1078 watts. The monthly electricity consumption of this device is approximately 1078 ラ 24 ラ 30 = 776160W. It is not possible to provide such energy with simple mechanisms.

It is possible to generate electricity individually with wind, river or solar energy. But the investment to meet the electricity needs of mining equipment will be costly.

The most costly part of the Bitcoin mining process is electricity. The more we can deduct the electricity cost, the more we will gain. How can we reduce the cost of electrical energy, let's do some brainstorming.

The main sources used in world energy production are oil, natural gas and coal
Generally, Nuclear Energy, Solar Energy, Bioenergy, Hydrogen Energy, Wind Energy, Geothermal Energy, Wave Energy, Hydroelectric Energy, Tidal Energy are used as alternative energy sources.

Yes friends what can we do to reduce energy costs?

i heard that many country applied solar energy as new energy and it will reduce the fee for using electricity, if this is a solution for us then we can reduce the cost of using electricity in our home. beside solar energy, in netherland or another country, i heard that they using wind energy because wind is available in every country and its need to be used as replacing the old electricity.

Only green energy could help you to save on electricity bills. I do not mine at home for a long period as it is not profitable because in the area I live electricity is very expansive. Bills pissed me off every time I thought that I'm making a good profit.

Precisely, I suggest if the purpose is just to mine then get a renewable energy farm (like solar) in Africa:especially countries on the equator which has sunshine all year round and then setup your mining farm close to the solar farm and then sell electricity from your solar farm to the government or locals to cover your cost of installation while you mine your bitcoins along side because most of these countries are poor and without electricity.

We can try using alternative sources of energy but as they cost a lot to be implemented I don't think it will really help. In my country there are different prices on electricity depending on how much you use per month. And it is you who actually provides this information and pays money. So people here sometimes write a bit less than they actually use and then try to use less to compensate the difference. You can do the opposite as well. Before you buy a miner you can constantly write that you use more than you actually do and then when you got the miner you can write less and pay less this way.

How possible that people do need to pay electricity cost depending on their usage?Seems to a curios thing for me since as far as i know on most places they do have fixed energy rate which means it would really depend on the usage you had.Speaking of alternative source of electricity i could say those things are expensive and its not easy to build or make on if you dont have money to put on.

Actually in many countries, if not in the most, the paying for electricity arranged this way: the more kWh you use per month the more you pay for 1 kWh. I know it looks strange because we are accustomed to "the more you buy the less you pay for one item" scheme, but that's how it is.

Check out the Global electricity price comparison Table from the link below and see for yourself. Pay attention to Egypt, Iraq, South Korea, Nicaragua, Sri Lanka and some others. In those countries you have to pay considerably higher price for 1 kWh if you use more electricity per month.

Did youcalculate cost per kw?

This exact boiler works on wood chips or pellets.
On the same site there are companies selling wood pellets for $50/t : https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Advanced-Briquettes-Wood-Chips-and-Firewood_50032597663.html?spm=a2700.7724838.0.0.RIGxql
The energy content of wood pellets is approximately 4.7 5.2 MWh/t, according to Wikipedia and we can assume the boiler's efficiency to be somewhere around 80% which should give us at least 4MW/t.
With $50 a ton it will cost you only  $0,012 to generate 1kw. This is quite cheap and even cheaper if you have free wood or cheap coal, but you have $5000 + shipping to consider.
Also note that the basic version has manual feed, so you'll need to spend some time operating it or some money for an auto feed.

If you have enough capital, you can choose alternative energy according to the climatic conditions you are in.

If you live in countries where there is a lot of wind, you can benefit from wind energy.
If you live in a sunny country, you can benefit from solar energy.
If you are dealing with animal husbandry you can benefit from bioenergy.

All of these initial investment costs will be costly. I suggest you do your account well.

I think solar energy is still cheaper than wind. I will like to see improvement in the mining machine, possible one that can still mine more at lower electricity use.
