Serious Kraken Issues - Lately also withdrawals affected

Does anyone else use Kraken and have serious issues when Trading?

What is much worse that for 60 hours I can't even do any Withdrawals!

Does anyone else share these Frustrations and maybe can advice for a way around?

i used this site and i am completely agree with your problem with their website,
whenever we're seeing a movement their website could not be reached because it did not load no matter what.
from other people i heard that we need to use their API in order to run it when the site is unreachable
(i have no idea about it but they said you can do the trade if you're using their API not using their site when the movement happen).
also it's not the first time they did it,it has been a year or from the start they opened their service this problem has not solved yet.
try to use their API to get access to their website when the movement happen or wait for the calm and then move your coin.
or send a ticket to their support and ask them to help you out for your withdrawals.
other than that i have no idea what should you do because it's completely unreachable when they make a move.

Questions:

a) Do you know how to use the API or have a good link to it or know where to best look for it (or just google or on youtube)?
b) What other Platforms you use where it's possible to get reasonable amounts of Fiat In and Out?
c) The support is very hard to reach as well at this point...

With the current surge of users today, not only Kraken but a lot of trading platforms is now facing a lot of problems. From being slow and not updated to withdrawal problems, high fees. This is the result of all the madness that is going on with the bitcoin ecosystem. Mempools are full and clogged, high tx fees needed just to see your bitcoin in your wallet. Everything is a domino effect now with the rising price of bitcoin. I don't know though why trading platforms hasn't anticipated all of this. This should at least upgrade their infrastructure to support the growing user based. Yes, I understand your frustrations, I have withdrawals stuck at well in the last 24 or so and I'm losing money by the minute specially the price of bitcoin is going down as I type this message.

With the surge in number of investors in crypto space made almost every exchange down from time to time and almost every other exchange is dealing with issues of sudden increase in traffic on their network.

The site performance is horrible lately. It becomes very hard to place an order without getting an error message. And you are finally able to place an order you notice that the order has been placed twice. Yesterday it took me more than 1 hour and countless F5 to be able to request a SEPA transfer. Fortunately, it has been sent successfully this morning.
