First off the pool was/is short 43k, it does not have 43k. He will not answer questions when the answer is clearly written on the home page: "If you notice in the pools status that the currency is red, it means there is not sufficient amount of the currency to pay miner(s)." "BTC is the only guaranteed payout currency."
Ok let me say that would be nice that me and all the others who mined LUX in 2 week without being paid, would receive what mined. I repeat, the other pools pay at 0,05. To make 1 LUX is a week with a 1080, so a lot of energy spent. who is keeping what we mined?

Hey there, I have a problem, I used 0.15 btc to mine neoscrypt coin GBX, of course I set the password c=GBX, yet I received nothing, as far as I see, coins were mined as GBX and then auto exchanged to bunch of other coins, and I dont know where they are paid, or what happened in general? here is the address: https://www.zpool.ca/?address=GVtcgeFuSFyTS242FcQzSq1ZNndMZFty2SI tried it again, different address and same thing happened, wth?

Seems like INN and GBX mining is resumed, but the balance from temporary break is still missing. I don't get it...

Look at the same issues for years being repeated over and over!
Fix your pool you crackhead!
@Frizz23 your money is lost, the crackhead stole plenty of BTC from miners, I have had nice balances drop to zero and the only explanation from the crackhead was that the coins value dropped, so crackhead saying these coins must have dropped to no value.
I am not talking just about 2-3 dollars in BTC more like 40-50 dollars multiple times.
although this was way back it is still relevant and an unaddressed issue

This is explained in the pool frontpage: Non-BTC payouts depend on that coin being mined as your BTC balance is traded internally by our system to your currency of choice. If we have not or are not mining that currency your payouts will be delayed until the pool has mined the blocks for you to get paid.
If you notice in the pools status that the currency is red, it means there is not sufficient amount of the currency to pay miner(s). It's recommended to use BTC as any other coin could be removed at anytime and payouts will not occur. Addresses that are older than 6 months without any mining are considered inactive. Inactive accounts are purged after 6 months and any remaining balances are forfeited. If a coin is NOT listed on the pool (except BTC) and you still choose to mine with that address, you risk not getting any payments. BTC is the only guaranteed payout currency.

I personally only mine here for BTC, If I wanted to mine a specific coin I would mine at that coin recommended pool, they usually have lower fees anyways.

What's the good way to mine only XVG on zpool with claymore miner ? My dpool.txt file is :
POOL: blake2s.mine.zpool.ca:5766, WALLET: xxxxxxx, PSW: c=XVG-blake2s
and with that my earnings are
Name Amount Percent mBTC Time Status Shield (blake2s) 0.026238 XSH 0.021% 0.00011888 63m ago Immature (75/260) Verge (blake2s) 0.568877 XVG 0.036% 0.00318677 74m ago Immature (120/140) Taj (blake2s) 0.046712 TAJ 0.047% 0.00011276 75m ago Immature (12/34) Taj (blake2s) 0.070933 TAJ 0.072% 0.00017123 80m ago Immature (14/34) Taj (blake2s) 0.079610 TAJ 0.080% 0.00019218 83m ago Immature (15/34) Taj (blake2s) 0.060503 TAJ 0.061% 0.00014605 84m ago Immature (16/34) Neva (blake2s) 0.003323 NEVA 0.066% 0.00004958 98m ago Immature (48/26) Neva (blake2s) 0.003323 NEVA 0.066% 0.00004958 99m ago Immature (52/26) Shield (blake2s) 0.080702 XSH 0.065% 0.00036563 100m ago Immature (93/260) Shield (blake2s) 0.082798 XSH 0.066% 0.00037513 101m ago Immature (94/260) Shield (blake2s) 0.090683 XSH 0.073% 0.00041085 101m ago Immature (95/260)
what's wrong ?
Well, for one thing it specifically says on the home page to NOT add the algo to the coin symbol in the password field; the algo is specified in the URL/port combination. So your password should read: c=XVG Otherwise, you, just like manic_miner74 before you, don't seem to understand that this pool let's you specify the algo to mine, and the coin to receive as payment, but does not let you directly mine a single coin. So all of the Shield and Taj and Neva coins listed above will be sent to an exchange to get converted into the payout coin you specified, XVG (once you fix your password, anyway). Exact same result with POOL: blake2s.mine.zpool.ca:5766, WALLET: xxx, PSW: c=XVG

Pls check the zpool interface, I got paid just 25 gbx, that is a payment for a very short mining period (my second attempt), yet the first mining period isn't paid. I should at least 100 gbx for that, if not more. Anyways, I contacted the admin, so we'll see what happens.

You have the wrong end of the stick... the pool does NOT 'auto exchange mining proceeds to coins I didn't specify in the "password" field' as it says on the FAQ - you mine an ALGORITHM, the pool picks the 'best' coins to mine in that algo. These appear in the web interface, these coins are then EXCHANGED (internally for non-BTC / via an Exchange for BTC) to the coin YOU specify in the PASSWORD field with c=COINID. Your USERNAME shoudl be a CORRECT wallet address for whatever coin you specify in the password. If you pick a non-BTC coin then the pool can only pay you if that coin is mined, if the coin is not the 'best' coin it WILL NOT be mined so you won't get paid. TL:DR If you want to MINE a SPECIFIC coin you are on the wrong pool, if you want to get PAID in a specific (non BTC) coin then you take the risk that you may not get paid quickly or at all if the pool doesn't mine the coin. Blame the miners that mine other algos with LUX as a payout. They create the shortage. Pool usually pays when it finally catches up. You might even get half pay if the pool gets enough to pay out to all the miners owed...i.e. half you balance first...

Seems like INN and GBX mining is resumed, but the balance from temporary break is still missing. I don't get it...
Okay, I came to zpool to try it, but I have never experienced something like this on any other pool/service so far. I get it they have problems with Cryptopia (I had my own several times), but as soon as the mining and exchanging of affected coins is resumed the balance from temporary break should be credited to miners. It is stealing otherwise... Definitely not the best experience so I won't be pointing any more hashpower towards the zpool, just mining the minimum payout with this "test" batch and I am out of here

Hello everyone. I am having some drops in my pending graph and value. Is it because of ninja findings? The pending graph and value is dropping down like 0.00003 every 2 hours. Why is zpool stealing from us?

Cryptopia has been disabled, too many issues right now with them and more and more deposits not showing up. This means LUX(phi), BTX(bitcore), XRE(x11evo), BERN(x14) & blakecoin are all 0 value right now. Please switch to mining something else in the meantime. All coins found only on cryptopia will show a 0.00000 value until the issues have been resolved.
is the problem no longer there or is the problem still there?
