Actually that looks like that is likely what it is.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/machinecoin/

Puts the price currently at 0.00000269 BTC

That's .00269 mBTC

0.00679/0.00269 = 2.524163568773234

you are wrong, that price is 'sell MAC for 269', but you are not selling it, you are buying it so you should look for the other column, if you look @ market history today, there were orders complete for 335 - 10/07/2017 6:42:53 PM   Buy   0.00000335   100.00000000   0.00033500

there's your theft of the year!

How is it theft?  That would just demonstrate a display issue and show that the value is actually lower than you are seeing.  It doesn't change the possible idea that what is happening is that you are credited for the mBTC value of the coins when you mine them and then they get converted to the coin of your choice when they mature.  Maybe there should be code to make it more efficient by not exchanging coins and then paying them back, but that doesn't mean it is theft.  It just appears to be inefficient for your purposes.  You may not like the way the pool operates, but it is not doing anything shady that I can see.  It just isn't as straightforward as other pools.  The fact of the matter is that no one is forcing you to use this pool.  If you don't like how it operates then don't use it.  Not to mention the source code is available for your viewing so you can easily confirm how it operates yourself if you really want too.

I would say if you are trying to mine a coin directly without exchanging then there is no point in mining on Zpool.  The fees aren't the lowest out there so why would you be so insistent to mine here knowing that the purpose is to auto-exchange coins for multiple algorithms?

The hashrate for skein is off.  My miners are telling me they are hashing at 781 MH, but on the site I'm only seeing 57 MH.  One has 2x 1080 TI so it is getting 1.91 GH, but the site says 120 MH.

What's going on?

Hi crackfoo, just didn't want my above question to be buried regarding skein hashrate being inaccurate.

BTW, are phantom miners on neoscrypt a known issue?  It says I have 3000+ miners on it, even though I only have one.  I noticed the pool says 30000+ miners total are mining neoscrypt, so maybe it isn't just my miner causing the phantom count.

Thanks.

Put something in my tip jar if I made your day. Smiley

crackfoo you got me wrong. I didn't mean 'return money to my zpool account", I meant pay it to my wallets!. It's delayed for two weeks and it's only pool (you) to blame. So pay all my money to my wallets, manually if needed. Buy currency if you lack some. But do it now!

And don't forget to include magically disappeared (next time I write 'stolen') QRK & MUE. All info in the post 1069.

It is not about insisting on mining here, it is about 'the purpose' is described nowhere at zpool. To be precise, it is not described that you loose double exchange + double-to-quadruple transaction fees when directly mining preferred coin. It is not theft (there are two theft-like cases with me, but I'm not calling it 'theft'... yet), it is fraud.

Except you still haven't said how it is that you mine a coin directly on zpool.

No, that is the coin you want to be PAID in.  Not the coin you want to mine.  You mine the entire algorithm pool including all coins within and get paid what you have in your c=XXX setting.  That's why when you put c=BTC you get PAID in BTC.  You can't mine BTC with all the different algorithms.

Ook, Jaerin, but why do I c my hashrate added to the coin I specify only? And why if I mine the exact coin alone (smtms it happens), I'm the only block finder?

Because you're the only one mining it.  Fact is you're pointing it at one port for all the coins.  Maybe there is logic to make it mine the coin that you specify for payout, but that doesn't change that it appears to be crediting you with the mBTC value of the coins not the coins themselves.  The difference between this pool and Yiimp is there is auto-exchange.  The site even says the payout in non-BTC has been minimally tested.  So by all means report it as a bug if you think so, but saying that it is theft is just FUD.

Absolutely no way it'is bug, for sure. It can't be if the pool exchanges cryptoes internally, take a thought  Wink But I assume it just shapeshifts (search the topic) bulk to bitcoins, then shapeshifts some BTCs back to the desired amnt of alts. And it can't be bug, too: as Shapeshift's rates r really poor in comparison, can't see a reason for a pool mngr to use it other than bonus or alike. Especially keeping in mind the question have been raised in this topic many times. Bug, eh? Grin

I can understand ur antimonies: BTC-lovers as u r loose just few % more feeling ok with it, but for alts it's incalculable (!) breakdown as spread is huge for half of, u know. I know how to deal with alts I mine, but loosing 2% pool fee, not 10-20.

Let that be your last post and I'll deliver the MUE shortly. I mistaking thought the addresses could still be used on the new chain if you imported the private key but alas they can't. Your other balances are at the mercy of profibility as you've run them up to big deficits so you'll get paid as there are blocks found.

hello all

got a question and i hope you could answer it.

there is a x11 coin here on Zpool i would like to get payed in but it has no exchanges therefore it has no value linked to BTC.

the network hashrate is high for my rig so i am mining other algos to get payed out the x11 coin.

i have mined / earned coins on the other algos and they have gone into the exchange status but i am not getting any of the x11 coin credited (immature or credited).

so with this coin not having a value is the only way i can earn this coin is to mine the x11 algo and hope the pool points my hash to this coin and pray for a block?

also what now happens to the earnings i already have mined?

i am keeping this generic so your answers may help others with this same scenario.

the coin i am asking about is Creamcoin CRM.

thanks for your time

cheers

I've given it an value internally at 10sats until its listed at an exchange so it will give you BTC towards your payouts.

I think this was discussed a little bit, at least the second image. I think the reject hash rate is graphing on a different scale?

ALso, why is the daily profit 30%-40% of whatever the coin profitability is? I've never seen any coin ever as low as what the daily profit is.

Has anyone said what the actual profits are? is the main correct or the coin profit?

The problem with equihash is the funky diffs that are used for PoW. If you look at the diff of the live stats it is in the k while when a block is found the recorded diff is in the M so this is what makes the discrepancy. The dev of the pool software doesn't have enough data yet to tune the coins separately to account for this but will get it fixed when he's got more blocks to play with.

crackfoo, all the info with dates is in the post 1069.

The only satisfactory is supplying me in bulk with all the MUE, QRK, WDC, TGC & SBC. Three latter had been withdrawal pending in the whole - so the pool had enough of it at the moment - but not included in transactions and reseted back to balances, partially paid in small chunks, already; & I don't want to wait for another weeks until the pool mines it the second time. And if MUE (and, I assume, QRK as the unincluded tx was deleted, not reseted to balance) 'show 0' in ur backup, u r either lying (or doing kinda sick trick), or got the bug or did smth wrong. Unfortunately, I made no screenshots, but only put all incoming data in the sheet after finding issues and opening tickets (u c all online if u process tickets in time, no? but maybe reviewing tickets would help with more precise timing now, 457 & 471). Check everything thoroughly, please. U can PM me here for clarifications, but no assurance I find any.

Found some more info: time of the 'Quark MUE penetrating X11 chain attack start' (hope, u swapped Grin ) is around 00:30 EDT 07/02. Please, don't send me Quark MUE, no Quark wallet anymore  Smiley

Jokes aside, crackfoo, I made no mistake, the whole issue are (I hope) pool bugs and no ticket processing. I can c now that resolving evrth requires some job done = time, but if u really got goodwill to close the case (or to shut me up, doesn't matter), please, prioritize some in 2-3 days (I'm waiting for weeks already). Let's say, all issues are closed if I get all 5 payouts before Saturday, until then I wait patiently keeping off posting.

Btw, if i get an issue with another payout - still other balances left - how can I make it reach u asap without posting as tickets are processed delayed (I assume msgbox here is flooded, too)? It is very important question, as u c, taking also u missed issue posts here & responded to clamor only...

Or I can send all my wallets for u to get rid of me forever, PM here in case Grin But if u don't, I am ok, for sure, until another possible issue evolves into problem.

but what happens with HashTap BTC reward if I mine something like ccminer-x64.exe -a bitcore -o stratum+tcp://bitcore.mine.zpool.ca:3556 -u 1422saM1gFh8LhRZKAFzLB9eiHpDc5tE4j -p c=BTX ? Besides it's Cryptopia BTX wallet adress, I wonder if I get any payout for either BTX or HashTap for that adress. Besides Chaincoin seems to get Hot Like Fire. Bears been pumping these like crazy for the last 3 hrs

*TRUNCATED POST*

Let me show you something;  from the main zpool.ca page:

"Non-BTC payouts depend on that coin being mined as your BTC balance is traded internally by our system to your currency of choice. If we have not or are not mining that currency your payouts will be delayed until the pool has mined the blocks for you to get paid. If you notice in the pools status that the currency is red, it means there is not sufficient amount of the currency to pay miner(s). It's recommended to use BTC as any other coin could be removed at anytime and payouts will not occur."

Live with the reality that this has been the way it works since DAY ONE.

Please;  do not hold your misconceptions or personal inaccuracies against the pool owner.   Its not his fault.

Please understand that you must know what you are doing before you do it;  not to scream repeatedly the same nonsense when you found out that things aren't as you thought they should be.

Its your type of behavior in this thread that has caused one of the zpool threads to be closed some time ago.   Its childish.  Please;  Just stop.

When real bugs are shown (with hysteresis), I usually seem them handled within 24 hours or less time.

Random rants with no actual supporting data (hysteresis) seem to be left hanging for some strange reason  Roll Eyes

Electron being worthless doesn't mean there something wrong with the blakecoin pool. There is no market for it so it is worth 0, it's also why it's not listed on the pool.
