Bitcoin Wallet without KYC

Is there any bitcoin wallet which allows us to add or send money without the need for e-KYC compliance.
And how is the offline wallets better. Do they help in masking ur identity or smthng ??

Almost bitcoin wallet service don't have this feature, except those exchanges or "web wallet" as they called like coinbase and xapo, they required personal information from thier users. If you have some PC desktop, electrum is better and in smartphones/android mycelium is recommended. If you want to be more anonymous or to hide your identity much better if you use hd wallets like multibit. if your looking for a service to swap FIAT ($£Euro) expect KYC, as these are called exchanges.

just dont pretend /treat these exchanges as 'wallets' .. move funds away from exchanges.
if you are just looking for somewhere to store bitcoin (a wallet) then all proper 'wallets' are KYC free.

there are webwallets. but most have it where THEY hold the private key (secret to spend the funds) and you have to rely on them 'managing' it on your behalf.
some webwallets are also exchanges. but some are not exchanges..
some webwallets also allow you access to the private key..
but most peoples rule is dont use a webwallet for any large amount. and especially dont hold for a long time in a webwallet.
and if the webwallet is also a exchange. expect KYC and more risk of them running off with your funds at some point.

there are many personal wallets such as lite-wallets like multibit/electrum which allow you access to the private key so that YOU hold the secret to spend the funds. and that private key is stored on your device.. not some website

then there are full node wallets which is where your computer is helping the network to protect everyones funds. and that private key is stored on your device.. not some website

then there are hardware wallets which is where a separate device(imagine pendrive/external hard drive) that the private key is stored on. but then requires a personal wallet on a computer or a browser extension on a computer to connect to the device to spend it

All BTC wallets are totally exempt from KYC regulations. It is exchanges which are regulated. If you buy and sell BTC with other individuals, that also comes without any kind of KYC regulation.

Yeah. Offline wallets are your best choice. Its not require any little details of you. Only you and no third party is holding your btc.
Im using android device and im using mycelium and electrum. These are good wallets. I didn't encountered any problem using these wallets. But if you are going to store huge amount of btc. I suggest, use cold storage. Mycelium allows you to have cold storage. So better if you use it.

I use the Electrum Bitcoin Wallet that comes with Tails pre-installed. Just make sure you enable Persistence, or you will lose your coins. Go to Applications -> Tails -> Configure Persistent Volume then choose the option for Bitcoin Client then click on Save and reboot your Tails for the changes to take effect. Now Electrum should be using the Persistent volume.

Make sure it is the latest version, and that you downloaded it from the official site.

There, you have a anonymous OS, with a secure Bitcoin wallet with zero KYC requirements. The sad part, once you convert the coins in this wallet to fiat, all KYC regulations will come into affect. You cannot convert to fiat, without transferring these coins from your wallet to services/exchanges that converts bitcoins to Fiat. < Not that I am aware of >

Crypto currency wallets ,as the idea alone is to be for the unknown! only when trying to buy or sell other coins or fiat will you run into having to show your identity! and if you dig hard enough you can find a solution for almost every instance where you can make the same transaction without being known. but it is up to you and what your willing to do to keep your identity safe!

Couldn't agree more. Theese are exchanges not wallets.
Remember that its important. There are ways you can skip KYC like localbitcoins or btc-e probably (shady exchange). Not 100% sure though, someone could point if im right.

Yes. There is. Im using a smartphone and im using mycelium and electrum wallet. You are not required to give your personal detail on these wallets. However, if you decided to cash out your btc. You are required to give you personal details. But theres some decentralised exchange site which you can cash out your btc. I just dont know which exchange.
