I can take a look for you. However if mandrik has already checked unsuccessfully then there is a decent chance there is some other issue.

 i ask who is responsible for that

its a blockchain wallet they gave this address to me

So i think they should take action to this glitch
Like I said, I can take a look, and maybe I can recover the funds, or maybe I can try to figure out what happened, or I might be unsuccessful at both.

If a member from blockchain can't won't help you my find it very hard to get you coins back as you nowd the nature of bitcoins is like no refunds have them in blockchain should give you help but as buy thdf look of it there are lost if you get them back by the means that you may need will just prove that the coins don't belong to you keep on at blockchain thstsdthstsd your best hope and more proof you have the better you should have on getting them back.

Can you see the 0.6 BTC transaction in your transactions' list?

NO i cannot the wallet is empty

Please go to https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/settings/0/addresses
Then on the bottom right press "Show"
Can you see "1HkJKLwAiDDBAZFWoftaZoJXQMryHewUUe" in the list?

Hi yes i can see this address within in my wallet

Even when i click receive button i can see the same wallet
If the address is in your account, you should be able to export the private key. Can you do this?
This thread is already filling up with Newbies and heavy Red Trust account to get access to your wallet. I assume you know by now not to do that Smiley

Keep us updated please!
I can try helping you via TeamViewer as well if there is a trust issue. (Which is pretty logical)

Same here.  I'm somewhat stumped though, you see the wallet under your control, yet you can't retrieve the private key (backup)?

If I understand how the new BC.I wallet works, they do not actually allow you to download backups of the wallet, and that the addresses are all derived from a master private key (eg it is a HD wallet).

I understand that the only way to access the private keys or the master private key is via the developer console.

Hello beel,

Have you tried recovering your blockchain wallet by using the 12 word recovery passphrase?

Maybe that would enable you to use the funds on your wallet as it seems that your current wallet has a glitch or something.

Hello can you export you key from blockchain to bitcoin core (We need bitcoin core for entire blockchain).

How you do that?

Simple, follow this steps.

1- Go to https://blockchain.info/wallet/backups

Then copy unencrypted, is something like this

{
    "guid" : "fpfsdff2445-XXXX-sdf234sdf-XXXX-sfsd",
    "sharedKey" : "XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX-XXXXX",
    "keys" : [
    {
        "addr" : "XXXXXXXK8GdJjuXXXXXkTXXXXaCTvATe",
         "priv" : "XpVoxXXXXX3hUbn5Q577umvXXX2zmXXXKW1YJXXXxJXXX"
     }]
 }

2- Open Bitcoin Core (We need bitcoin core with entire blockchain

3- Open Debug Window Then go to menu: /Help/Debug Window and click on the tab - Console.´

4-Unlock your wallet If your wallet is encrypted (I hope it is!) you must unlock it. If not just skip this step.

5- To do this just type into the box at the bottom:

walletpassphrase "YourLongPassphrase" 600

You need the quotes if there is a space in your phrase else there is no need for them. The 600 means your wallet is unlocked for 10 minutes (600 seconds).

6-Run Import Command in Debug Window In the console at the very bottom is a text entry box. In here enter:

importprivkey yourPrivateKeyInWalletImportFormat "TheLabelThatIWant"

Done.

Hope it works bro.
