In a post here :

Your main concern should no be money and thats what everyone seems to have a problem with. Anyone who is a positive member of the forum is on board(at least from what i see) with the SMAS movement. The only people who seem to be pissed off or butthurt are those who are depending on filling their wallets from sig campaign money. Those ppl who have been running multiple accounts over the years are whom im seeing write all the negative threads this week from alt accounts.

yahoo said that we should not just concern for money.

Ok looks good, now check this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1751707.0

Here yahoo clearly admitted that he is working for girlbtc as a moderator there and that he is just doing for money !

Basically guys girlbtc is a serial scammer here who not just scammed a lot of guys, copied the work of others, rather he even gave death threats and tried to evade ban.

Now if yahoo can work for such a person JUST FOR MONEY ... then how can he ban users for earning money by doing posts ( which in fact isnt wrong  too ! )

Which post are you referring to in that link?  I don't see evidence for the argument you're trying to make and I'm not re-reading that entire thread.  Yahoo also alluded to blocking girlbtc or something like that, that's his first post there.

If I'm correct, he is specifically talking about signature campaign participants (i.e., he has not generalized this statement for all other types of activities). This invalidates the point that you're trying to make / the purpose of this thread.

first two lines and he even said that theymos might be a scammer, he doesn't know.

Someone who works for scammers for money advice others to not work for money ?
It says he applied for a job there, and then he goes on to say other, less positive things about them.  You are definitely grasping at straws here.  You ought to quote specifically what you think the offending post is.

Edit:  Can someone be so kind as to link to whatever thread the grlbtc scam is?  Not everyone here is familiar with what transpired.

Edit edit:  Theymos owns the forum if I'm not mistaken, so he can spam as he likes.  And I still don't see the argument here.

Lauda, you really like to blindly backup your friends. yahoo is being a hypocrite in this situation, as are you based on your stance on girlbtc.com

Basically I think he was saying that we should not emphasize on money rather morals and rules. And which rule says we should help scammers in their new projects ?
I do not believe that this is the case. I interpreted it as being targeted solely to signature campaign participants.

Lauda, you really like to blindly backup your friends. yahoo is being a hypocrite in this situation, as are you based on your stance on girlbtc.com
I'm not backing up anyone. I have not expressed a strong stance towards this *situation* besides it being a ridiculous attempt at getting Yahoo removed from DT.

and since yahoo is promoting that forum too so shall he be banned and red trusted too, being straight forward now !
Where exactly did he promote that forum on Bitcointalk?

So basically promoting a scam is fine if its out of bitcointalk ?
Hereby, we can conclude that they are not promoting that forum anywhere on bitcointalk, ergo they don't deserve a ban. Where exactly have they been promoting it outside of BTCT? I don't understand how a forum can be a scam by itself either.

Come on dude why are you so blidnly supporting him ? Promoting a forum that is insulting bitcointalk is at least against our forum, no ?
Stop with these false accusations against me.

Yahoo said : He thinks theymos might have multi accounts and might be spamming the forum. To what extent would you advocate for him ?
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Whether or not this opinion is justifiable is not something that I want to comment on.

Like betcoin has because they scammed a user .. so basically things that happen outside this forum affects the trust here, right ? And even guys who were promoting that site got red trust .. now yahoo doing the same and you are trying your best to protect him ?
People that are promoting Betcoin did not get negative trust ratings the last time I checked their signature campaign. Have I missed something?

Come on sir, please be neutral.
I'm not sure why you're implying that I'd be biased. I have practically zero relations with Yahoo besides us both being part of SMAS.

Ah oh ! Well now I got it why you have been so kind to yahoo  Roll Eyes
Trying to imply bias on a objective assessment of the situation whilst avoiding the discussion is a red herring. In other words: You have no valid arguments to back up the point that you're trying to make / to refute mine.

Arguments are made when you stand on your words, when you play with them then its no use of making points.
Again, you're completely ignoring valid questions:

Where exactly have they been promoting it outside of BTCT? I don't understand how a forum can be a scam by itself either.

You yourself stated that anyone promoting girl btc deserves ban while someone doing so being higher rank is added to the default trust, wow !
Promoting that forum on Bitcointalk. You need to educate yourself of the forum rules. I don't recall the staff banning people for their activities outside of this forum.

Ok not ban but at least we can get him off default trust because someone who is money minded and can even support a scam for money may even give trust for money or sell trust. Moreover such a guy can even ban innocent people from SIGNATURES ( SMAS ) and promote his own accounts.

Because since he can support one scam for money surely nothing stops him from supporting more scammers ?

I have been watching this thread since long time and finally cannot resist myself.
