That's why it is advertised to never deal with newbies without vouches. How can someone go to a foreign site and attempt to buy some accounts when not even a single vouch has been given by a reputed member on the thread?

Reviewed and tagged. They seem to be a serial scammer though. Therefore, I doubt that this would get solved.

The current forum policy mandates that scamming isn't moderated, and is therefore allowed. You should avoid dealing with most users without escrow.
