You best option is to use local bitcoins site there you will get a free escrow instant exchange and some good rates I have use it a few times if your looking to sell on here you wont  get you any better rates and as being a Jr member you might even get a lower rate stick to local bitcoins

Hold your horses, I had a Skype conversation with OP and we agreed to use escrow and 75% rate for it with the cash recipe and all "although OP suggested we do it 30% upfront and then 70%", yet to hear from OP about the escrow.. HOWEVER the image/picture in the OP is bogus.
