Can you share with me more info about how to exchange your Perfect Money? Only can go through the exchanger?Only one way? Please share your advice with me . As my knowledge you only can withdrawal your money from Perfect Money account to exchanger, Perfect Money is different from Paypal, in Paypal you can withdrawal balance you have to Bank account. Actually what is your question? Do you want to exchange your perfectmoney to bitcoin or do you want to withdraw it in cash?
If you want to exchange perfectmoney to bitcoin you can use changer.com which i am using for long time.
If you want to withdraw cash from perfectmoney you can use bankwire service they have.

If your question is that Perfect Money allow direct withdraw in your bank account then yes they are allowing you go to withdraw and fill all details and withdraw money in your bank account epay.com is good company they are Chines based but have some restrictions just because of this not familiar they need exchangers for most of services |

keep in mind that 1% not always equals 1% , most exchange use own market rate,
which differ significantly vs bistamp or preev rate.
