I can't agree with your post. Moldova is one of the poorest countries in the world. And the birth rate is also one of the lowest in the world. The same goes for a few other countries such as Ukraine and North Korea. On the other hand, the world's richest country (Qatar) is also having one of the highest birth rates in the world (3.59 children per woman).
