You don't have to invest but you need to create an account on the IPO-page to be able to claim the reward.

Just check which browser you are using it, i have used google chrome to register my account and that is just 1 hr back, so i think their is no problem with the site. just check with your browser and internet settings, your problem will be solved.

All you have to do is go all the way down at the page and you will see a  BOUNTIES column.
