What is the difference of Trading to Investing?

Trading and investing they are both like gambling, you need to gamble your money. Trading is buying and selling you can buy low and wait to sell it high. Investing is like trusting your money to one site.

In my opinion, trading and investing have differences. Trading can be an act of selling and buying in exchange of products or services, while investing is spending and keeping aside for future use while it is still earning for profits or some part loss.

You are right there is a very big difference between these two things is a different thing and investment is different in trading you can buy or sell things and investment is for future purpose because investment will give you all your profit all together time and in trade you can get your profit on same time but both of them are use full.

 In my own explanation and belief the difference of trading and investing in my own.  Is trading is a way of job that all of the people being compete each other they buy and sell all the coins that they want.  While in investing they put some money and they wait it to grow.

Investing means you buy stocks/shares/.., basically anything which "has a value". With trust/hope it will rise and will make your invested capital grow.
You have to make investigations and interpret news to be sure of whether this investment will return profits or not. Investments are usually mid- to long-term

Trading is basically the act of buying and/or selling stocks/shares/.. mostly with the goal of achieving profit.
Basically you "buy low and sell high". You also need to read news and see how market will behave in the near future to make sure when exactly to buy/sell.

Both need investigations and time to read into stuff and stay up to date. But there is still a clear differnce between those two.

Trading and investing are very different although they are similar in some ways. Trading can be explain with the the buy low sell high on the other hand investing is like sending money to the project you want to support and if the Project you supported the money you sent them will back to you exponentially.  For example in ICOs nowadays there are some who asking for donation like if you donate .5 BTC to them they will send you like 10,000 tokens and if their ICO is successful and the value of coins is like 0.003 you, That means you will earn like 30 BTC because 10,000 tokens times 0.003 BTC is 30 BTC however, It is not always like that because some tokens are shitcoins and don't  hold any value at all.

In trading you have to involve yourself and you have to give more time on marketcap, you should be active as when to sell and when to buy. You have to wait in tradings while in investing it depends on ehat type of investment you planning. If its cloudmining, then strictly avoid it and dont do that. If investing in lending then you can have profits. Else buy and hold.

Well! You are right both of them are different from each other because he bitcoin investment and the bitcoin trading are quite different, in the investment you will get the high value of the money but you will not be afraid of the lose, in the trading you will get the fast and the high profit but it s all about the luck if you are lucky you will get the profit but if you are not lucky you can have the big lose in this case.

Trading means buying something for a lower price and then selling it at a higher price. It is on a regular basis and in my opinion has a faster return of income compared to investing. Investing is pledging your capital to something that you expect a growth after a long period of time. It takes a longer time before you feel profit. Both has its risks. Yes I agree with you here is big difference between these two from trade you can get a daily profit and from investment you have to wait but both of them are profitable and it will help you financially I like investment as compare to trade because from investment I can get all my profit at one time and which can help me in target to achieve.

Even the profits in trading depends upon the situation or the criteria you are investing in. If you invested on some dump coin and are waiting for profit than surely it is useless and won't really give you a good profit and also you may face loss sometimes.

But in investment, you always have some money left behind in investment and that will never be shortened but will always increase its value and will continue giving us some good profits in future. Also trading may secure our present but investment may secure our present as well as future.

I can simply put it this way:
Trading came from the word trade. In other words, it is to swap something for another thing.
In bitcoin world, for example, if you have an altcoin say: ethereum, you can trade it for Bitcoin provided the exchange rate. It is like the foreign exchange where you exchange your money for a different currency.
On the other hand let us go to
Investing in simple terms is like funding onto something that has potential. In the real world, you can invest your money on stocks for a company like AT&T or Telstra with that it has dividends which you can have depending on how much you have invested. In bitcoin world, you can invest on altcoins and earn with it.

investment is defined as the activity of imparting capital, lack of investment is you can't control or determine the profit target that want obtained in the period. While trading, you can get a profit target you want in a certain period.

You properly mentioned the difference between trading and investment. Investment is a business and needs a lot of capital to start it and in case of trading, we just need some small amount of coins to start with.

Profits in both are good but according to me, profits in investing are more steady than trading but you really need to wait a long for having good profits by investing a good amount of bitcoins. Trading can be profitable for short term and can be operated as a job.

Investing in Bitcoin is focused on a larger scale. We are talking about months. Trading Bitcoin can be as little as a fews hours. 

The other difference is that investing is not only investing in Bitcoin. You could invest in various sites. Casino sites, for example, often provide an investment plan. You invest your Bitcoin into their gambling pool and you are paid interest depending on whether the site makes profit or not. The rate of interest is, of course, based on the opinion of the site itself.

trade and investment are clearly very different. both are very departing. investing does not require much of our skill enough to wait for the money to enter but different from the trades that require carefulness. speculation etc.

Yes, I do agree with you. However, in some cases, we can still use trading skill in an investing activity. With those skills and knowledge, you can analyze and see whether a coin has the potential to increase its price or not. By holding a coin, you have to accept that you can not use that amount of money for a long term. Therefore, you need to make a correct prediction although you will lose your money

Investing is more like putting your money on the bank then the bank will use your money for a period of time then you will wait until you get your profit. While trading needs a good skill on trading an item or money. In investment you need a big amount of money unlike to trading.

There are serious differences between trade and investment.
investment is a form of return that is expected to gain value in the future.
trading is a commercial cycle in which short-term cash flow returns and short-term buying and selling.
In summary, we can say money for investment. for trade we can call money for the harem.

For me, you must invest first before you can trade. In trading you need a fund for you to trade. Trading is just a part of investing. You grow your investment through trading. They are not really different. Both are significant with each other. You save to invest, you invest to trade, you trade to grow your investment.

What I understand about trading is we have to watch very carefully what ever we invested as any time the prices will go down and up also and also we should keep watching the news about the market sentiments which can create panic situation.

About Investment what we have to do is select the investment mode and plan for the years can be waited by us that time we can see the performance and we can react accordingly.

investing is building your wealth over extended period of time. This can be done through buying bitcoin and other coins and then waiting for the right to to sell it. You can identify the right time to sell it through observing the movement of the chart where it dictates or show the current value of the coin you are holding. Trading is when you have for example bitcoin and then you exchange it to other coins or to your local money depending also to its current market value. The two does look the same but there greatest difference is that in investment you are using your pocket money while in trading you are using what you currently have and using it to obtain an equivalent value for profit.
