Don't spam the thread or make accusations without proof.
Look again at the other application. He accepted the rank full member, not hero. Their is no spot left for hero or legendary.
And I hate having to justify myself on stupid accusations, this will be the first and last time.

Hello. Indeed as I'm not one of the most famous managers of the campaign I'm not escrowing funds. Didn't want to seem like I could be tempted to leave my responsibility here.
I do not believe that the funds are escrowed by a third party. But please consider that the website has a bankroll of more than 100BTC and a profit of 20BTC. It would be extremely ineffective for the owner to scam campaign members for 0.3BTC and would give a disastrous blow to the site reputation without any gain.

Though if it reassures our members I can always ask for funds to be escrowed. But the pay is weekly not monthly.
