The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

technically you can not call it paper wallet since that word means a wallet that is printed on paper!
if you are looking for a cold storage, then it is a different story.
as long as you have created the private keys offline and in a air tight computer and encrypted and stored them safely then you can consider it cold storage.

Digital documents, even after encrypted....can be decrypted. Some people even reported here that they encrypted the file with the private

key and then posted it on cloud storage. This is stupid, because most online activities are logged and monitored. You print the paper wallet,

and then laminate it, to keep it dry. Most digital media fail after a few years... so I hope you burnt some copies onto some CD's or DVD's {not

that they last any longer, but still better than HDD's and memory sticks. }  Roll Eyes

No,if they're further secured with Digital Signatures, mostly no-access to a stranger would be granted.BruteForcing or Decrypting the hashes would take ages.

key and then posted it on cloud storage. This is stupid, because most online activities are logged and monitored.
That is the most convenient way a hacker can gain access to private stuff.

And make sure you keep it safe from a place full of rats ? Because they might shred paper into pieces. Undecided
CD's could re-written,their password access can be easily broken.

But there will be no point to have paper wallet if you store that paper wallet details online or in your computer that is connected to internet. It will be more like storing in web wallet.  Grin

Ecrypted? How using password on .zip file  Huh

I have never hear about bitcoin paper wallet. I even was sure that bitcoin hasn't any physical form. I have online wallet and one USB wallet, where I transfer my bitcoins from online wallet every week to feel more safe about it.

If you decide to create a paper wallet print two or three to have backups and then store the backups in safe places in different locations. Also think about laminating the paper wallet so the QR code doesn't get wet or ruined. You can pick up self-seal laminating pouches at the arts and crafts store.

You can see the step-by-step guide here: http://www.coindesk.com/information/paper-wallet-tutorial/

Paper wallets are very secure as they can never be hacked due to the absence of digital keys but you need to keep them safely as it's still a paper and like any other paper, it can get damaged.

Thank you for the informations. In your opinion which is the best method of secured storing of Bitcoin? Desktop storing OR papper wallet storing?

Hardware wallets are safer than paper wallets as even though your paper wallet cannot be hacked, it can get burned, wet just like any other piece of paper and since you are storing money using the paper wallet, it will be very risky. Hence, many prefer hardware wallets due to the fact private keys are generated and stored offline and in case it's lost or stolen, your cons are never lost.

Check this site to see the details that can help you: https://www.weusecoins.com/en/find-the-best-bitcoin-wallet/
