I have the opinion what if the registrant to confirm about your rules Above 80% Real followers (250 followers minimum)
where you know all the registrant its clear for 80% reall follower ? 

of course you need to add that every person required to provide reports using twitter audit.

I hope my opinion will be useful to you

I'm already checking those using twitter audits and will add the result soon, probably will add the percentage of real followers in the spreadsheet or just selecting after checking the real followers

Yes, you can.But, with a different blog and if you still want to post an article in the blog which you have been used for participating in the article campaign earlier, I will delete your past entry and will add the new one.
Keep in mind to make a quality content without just copying the text from Official ANN thread or Official website if you want to earn the maximum rewards. Good luck

There's actually none, but I will not allow those accounts which were created recently (accounts created after december will be rejected), the rest still accepted, if some accounts proven connected ( Alt ) and submitting the entries many times with the various connected account, I will take an action on it.
