They are not raising money they are selling their product there is a big difference as this club is happening where as most companies have to raise money just to get off the ground.

They are not raising money they are selling their product there is a big difference as this club is happening where as most companies have to raise money just to get off the ground.

$15 million its not a very big money for Las Vegas and for sure many traders and investors ready to support Legends Room club and got Gentlemen's Club Membership. This is a unique offer for many people, often visiting Las Vegas and for those who just wants to do it the first time.

Hey I keep getting these two questions and thought I'd answer here. When does the club open?
It's open now. People are welcome to go and check out Centerfolds. Memberships won't be honored until the change over. There will be some members only events in late March or early  April including a photo op with all of the girls, one or two press days, an amazing documentary being filmed with Asa, London, Kat, and Kenna in the club, and at least one UFC fighter event. Members but not the general public nor prospective members will be allowed in to these events. They will  be "pop up" style due to the nature of the people involved, media commitments, and construction.

AND what are you going to do with the $15,000,000

We aren't trying to raise $15,000,000. We have lifetime memberships that we are selling for $5000 and we will offer a max of 3000. Remember when the airlines used to offer unlimited flying for $100,000? Same thinking here.  We believe 3000 will allow our members to have a unique VIP experience,  a lot quality time with our numerous celebrities, UFC fighters, and adult stars and the ability to consistently deliver the best of Las Vegas to the guys that join us.  If we meet 3000 smart guys during this offering, great. If not, that's ok to because we know what we have.  Whatever is raised in the sale of memberships will be used to enhance the club experience, physical improvements, marketing, as well as legal and compliance. This is outlined in detail in the offering document.  We have been told be underpriced the lifetime memberships and maybe we have but we are the first to even attempt something like this on the biggest nightclub stage in the world Las Vegas.

Renting of the memberships will be done through the concierge via a multi sig escrow and then very soon members will be able to do it online and through the mobile app. The tokens will also be tradable on multiple exchanges and there is no minimum to participate.
