Actually blockchain is really new sector in field of programming so there are not many blockchain experts and the one who are out there are trying to capitalize current situation by creating alts and conducting crowdfunding to collect millions for their world tour. Look at vitalik for example...

So it is hard to calculate what could be the hourly rate for those experts, they are currently enjoying millions creating their own projects.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I am afraid that the self-proclaimed millions may vaporize soon without community support.

If I want to get an idea what developers charge I usually do a search on upwork.com. Hourly rates of blockchain experienced developers are between $30 to 100. Check out the link I added.
