Correct. Havnt sent from a CP wallet for years, so cant remember the cost, but i sent 0.001BTC to my new wallet, to cover some future tx's.

if I buy a package now, and immediately send a Bitcoin payment to the purchase address, however that transaction is hanging there for several days in unconfirmed state (as you probably know there is a crazy jam in Bitcoin network right now), will I get the tokens for today's price or for the price of the time when the TX actually confirms..?

I have send the payment from an exchange, and they seem to collect all the dust from their wallets to send that TX , so TX size is big and the 0.0005 fee they put is not good enough to be confirmed soon... so I expect the transaction to hang there for days in unconfirmed state... . Hence my question above.

Your tx will timestamp, as soon as its seen by the network. Thats when you made the sale, not when it confirms. Ask Adam on slack, if youre worried.
